Text EntriesWords I Manifest is an EP release with five tracks and a B-Side. The single “Words I Manifest” was the lead single off the duo's album Full Clip: A Decade of Gang Starr. The EP was released in 1989 under Wild Pitch Records.
Gang Starr was an East Coast Hip-Hop duo that consisted of Massachusetts-native MC Guru (Keith Edward Elam, 1961 – 2010) and Texas-native DJ/producer DJ Premier (Christopher Edward Martin, b. 1966). Their style combined elements of New York Jazz and Hip-Hop. During their career, Gang Starr helped pioneer the New York Hip-Hop sound. Gang Starr is considered one of the best MC-and-Texas record artists of the early 90s.
Front/Back cover: Wild Pitch is printed in large black letters. Gang Starr/Words I Manifest is printed on the top. The track list and credits are printed on vinyl.
