Smooth is the self-titled third album by MC Smooth. It was released on August 1, 1995, by Jive Records and produced by Chris Stokes and Shock G from Digital Underground. Smooth reached No. 35 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 17 on the Top Heatseekers Chart in Billboard Magazine.

MC Smooth/Smooth (Juanita Stokes, b. 1972) is a singer, rapper, and actress. Known as the daughter of actress Irene Stokes and younger sister of music executive Chris Stokes, MC Smooth signed a record deal with the independent label Crush Music in 1990. She released her debut single "Smooth & Legit" which peaked at #11 on the U.S. Rap chart. Her debut album Smooth & Legit was released in 1990 and was produced by Arabian Prince and her brother Chris Stokes.
