This single from The Topics features two original songs, written by band member Jim Gredig.

The Topics was a small Rock band from Bremerton, Washington which operated during the 1960s. The group consisted of Rex Wenner (b. unknown), Jim Gredig (1941-1996), and Donald “D.J.” Watson (1930-2008). Wenner played organ, bass, and trumpet, Gredig played the banjo and bass, and Watson was the band’s drummer. Both Wenner and Gredig also sang for the group. After the group disbanded, Watson would go on to run a music store in Bremerton and then Gorst, Washington, and Gredig would continue playing music until his death.
