DJ Cash Money (Jerome Hewlett, b. 1964), is a turntablist, rapper, and producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is known for perfecting the transform scratch and creating the Pee Wee Herman scratch. DJ Cash Money is also the first inductee into the DJ Hall of Fame. In 1988, DJ Cash Money and Marvelous signed to Sleeping Bag Records where they released a comedy song titled, “All the Ugly People Be Quiet” and their album Where’s the Party At?.
