Text EntriesMC Breed (Eric T. Breed, b. 1971 -2008) was a rapper, lyricist, and producer. Born in Flint, Michigan, MC Breed often rapped about his hometown making a name for midwest rappers. His lyrical quick-wittedness and songwriting talent helped him gain attention within Hip-Hop. His biggest hit “Ain’t No Future in Yo Frontin’,” from his debut album, MC Breed & DFC, highlighted MC Breed’s skill as a rapper and musician with sharp drum patterns, New York Hip-Hop vibe, and needling synthesizers. MC Breed’s skills fused the east and west coast sounds of the 90s with his music being funky and lyrical furthermore highlighting him as a prolific rapper.
