Text EntriesDr. Dre (Andre Romelle Young, b. 1965) is a West-Coast rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Aftermath Entertainment, Beats Electronics, and previously co-founded, co-owned, and was the president of West-Coast Rap label Death Row Records in the 90s. Dr. Dre began his career as a member of the World Class Wreckin' Cru in 1985 and later became a member of the Gangsta Rap group N.W.A.
