Text EntriesDJ Outlaw (Vinnie Ray, 1967-2015) was a DJ from Brooklyn, New York. He was a well know early Hip-Hop DJ who would spin a the local nightclubs, lounges, parades and parks. DJ Outlaw had a close friendship with DJ Tony Tone and soon became an affiliate member of the Cold Crush Brothers and Zulu Nation.
