“Tender Love (Extended Vocal Remix)” / “Tender Love (Extended Instrumental Remix)” is a single released in 1985 by Force M.D.’s. Signed under Tommy Boy Music, this single was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

The Force M.D.'s are an American R&B vocal group that was formed in 1981 in Staten Island, New York. Although the group has old school Hip Hop roots, it is perhaps best known for two tunes that are widely considered 1980s quiet storm classics, "Tender Love" and "Love is a House". They are considered major forerunners of the new jack swing movement. The group was composed of brothers Stevie D., Antoine "T.C.D." Lundy, and Rodney "Khalil" Lundy, along with their uncle Jessie Lee Daniels. Later, friends "Trisco" Pearson and Charles "Mercury" Nelson from the Mariners Harbor housing projects joined the group.

Front cover: Tender Love Force M.D.’s as heard in the film Krush Groove is printed in black font on a red and white collage background of statues and designs. Back cover: Track list and credits are printed. Image of a red and white collage of statues and shapes are printed on the right side of the cover.
