Count Coolout (James Minor, b. unknown) was a Hip-Hop artist from New York. His style was heavily influenced by Jimmy Spicer whom he was a background singer for. His first record “Rhythm Rap Rock” was released in 1980 on Boss Records and was produced by Billy Nichols & the Count.
