A total of 30 masks were made for the film, with the three masks in MoPOP’s permanent collection used as backups during production. The masks were created to be the signature look for the antagonist of the film, child serial killer The Grabber. Throughout the film, The Grabber wears an interchangeable mask with three different variants, smiling, blank, and frowning. Baker is originally from Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
Off-white, discolored smiling mask with cut away eye holes and horns off of the forehead, elongated shape. Made of buffalo leather, acrylic paint, latex, fiberglass resin, and dirt.
