Fear of a Mixed Planet
Fear of a Mixed Planet is the debut solo album by Shock-G. The album was released in 2004 on 33rd Street Records. Many Digital Underground members such as Money-B and Shock G's alter ego Humpty Hump were featured on the album.
Shock-G (Gregory Edward Jacobs, 1963 – 2021) is a rapper, producer, and keyboardist best known for his work with the influential hip-hop group Digital Underground. Born in New York City, Shock-G first gained recognition as a member of Digital Underground, where he served as the group's frontman, producer, and graphic designer. As a member of Digital Underground, he helped produce a series of influential albums that blended hip-hop, funk, and soul and helped to establish the group as one of the most innovative and influential groups of the early 1990s. In addition to his work with Digital Underground, Shock-G has also released several solo albums and collaborated with a wide range of artists, including 2Pac, Prince, and George Clinton.
