Technics Frequency Generator Servo Turntable System SL-210, 1978, a late 70's technics belt drive manual turntable used for spinning and DJing parties at the club.

Known as the Harlem World Cultural and Entertainment Complex aka The World or best known as Harlem World Club, was the premiere Hip-Hop Club in the late 1970s and early 1980s, owned by “Fat” Jack Taylor. In the mid-1980s, Harlem World became known for “Wild, Wild Wednesdays”, Eddie Cheba’s “Terrible Tuesdays” and the big Hip-Hop “MC Battles.” The legendary “Battle at Harlem World” between Kool Moe Dee and Busy Bee happened at the famous club. Many Hip-Hop legends such as Busy Bee, Love Bug Starski, Grand Master Flash & the Furious, Fantastic Romantic, Lady Smiley, Cold Crush, L. A. Sunshine, Treacherous Three, Doug E. Fresh, and Kool Moe Dee, Deejayed, performed and attended Harlem World.
