Text EntriesThis work by Frank Wu was for the cover of the Spring 2005 issue of The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America Bulletin. To create the dimensional effect, he covered wooden skewers and a pencil with hot glue, then applied paint on top.
Frank Wu (b. 1964) is an award-winning science fiction and fantasy artist, writer, and animator. Working in many mediums including acrylic and digital means, he has won the Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist four times, in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2009.
