Disco Dream (Vocal) / Disco Dream (Instrumental) is a two-track vinyl released in 1981 by The Mean Machine. Released under Sugar Hill Records, this vinyl was produced by Sylvia Robinson.

The Mean Machine was a Hip-Hop group from the Bronx, New York. The group was composed of Puerto Ricans who rapped in both English and Spanish. They are credited with releasing the first rap song with Spanish and English rapping. Members included DJ Julio (Steven Santiago), Jimmy Mac (James Mclean), Mr. Nice (Jose Semprit), and Mr. Schick (Daniel Rivera).

Sugar Hill is written in cursive red, blue, and yellow striped colored font. There is a blue skyline of a city in the middle of the cover over a light blue background.
